Hwitmearum: Members

Used to be a member of Milites de Bec before moving to Reading and setting up Hwitmearum in conjunction with Ben and James.

Generally to be seen carrying Wendy over his shoulder or using her to collect shield blood. Used to be a member of Gwerin Y Gwyr before leaving university, moving to Reading and setting up Hwitmearum with Nikki and James.

Currently located in Leeds and suffering transport difficulties, Hazel is normally only seen at the Jorvik Viking show in February. Hazel is looking forward to co-ordinating the Hwitmearum LHE as it develops.

Housemate to Nikki and Ben who agreed to become a founding member of Hwitmearum and has since discovered the wonders of a 9 foot spear.

This is the smallest and most dangerous member of the group! On her first visit to a Hwitmearum battle practice Hannah proceeded to annihilate all of the warriors.

Universally known as "Hannah's Mum", however Alison has become very active within the Living History side of Regia including becoming adept at naalbinding.

Ian swore he would never dress up or fight when he first joined and was definite that he would only go to Wychurst where he soon made himself very much at home (see picture!). It took Ian all of three months to pick up a spear and don a tunic.
